  Brief steps of  making bricks:                                                                                        

1. Brick raw materials should be prepared. Such as clay, fly ash, coal gangue, shale and so on.

2. Brick factory should be built. The yard of brick plant should be in agreement with the productivity of bricks.

3. The size of bricks should be in agreement with the local standard.

4. The model of bricks should be choosed, solid brick or hollow brick, If is hollow brick, how many holes on the brick.

5. The kiln for drying and firing bricks should be arranged, the tunnel kiln, annular kiln with dry hole or annular kiln.
